Our NOC is the nerve centre of our operation. Representation from all major internal stakeholders work together to share critical information in real-time and create synergistic solutions to ensure minimal disruption for our guests.
Our NOC personnel are highly trained aviation professionals who analyse problems, perform troubleshooting and communicate with site technicians on an on-going basis.
Primary responsibilities of NOC personnel include: Crew scheduling for cabin and flight deck crew and dispatchers; Communications management; Incident response; Fleet tracking; Network monitoring; Maintenance; Safety Response; Security Operations and Reporting.
