In-flight Chef Assessments

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment events consist of open and closed assessments, which vary depending on our needs and the location of the assessment day.
An open assessment is available to anyone who meets our criteria.  An invitation to attend is not necessary. The locations, dates and details of these assessments are updated on our website and also advertised in local media. Should you meet the criteria during registration, you may be required to stay for the whole day and asked to return the next day for an interview. 
A closed assessment is an invitation only event for selected candidates who apply online.
To secure an interview, please make sure you apply online and we will contact you when we conduct interviews or assessment days in your current location or in a neighbouring city.
