Sales Development Programme Structure

The programme is structured in a way to give you the required foundation through classroom training and workplace experience. During the first year, you will be working in the Etihad UAE offices to have a solid understanding of sales in the airline. Year two and three will be an international assignment at one of Etihad’s destinations. On successful completion of the program you will be placed in one of Etihad’s overseas locations as a Sales Manager.

Selection Criteria

  • UAE national with family book
  • Holding Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with a minimum score of 5.5 on IELTS
  • Willing to relocate overseas for training or placement
  • Maximum of 27 years old
