Due to the deteriorating security situation in Iraq, Etihad Airways has suspended all flights to Erbil effective Friday, 6 March and until further notice.
The safety of our passengers and employees is always our first priority, and we will continue to monitor the security situation closely before recommencing scheduled services to and from Erbil.
Etihad Airways is offering the following options for guests who have already purchased tickets for travel to/from Erbil:
· Cancellations and refunds are permitted free of charge whether the ticket is wholly or partially utilised. The refund on partially utilised ticket will be calculated based on the pro-rata mileage flown.
· Any cancellation/refund fees and service fees are waived.
· Re-routing and endorsements onto other airlines are not permitted
· Guests booked to fly to Erbil are advised to contact their travel agent through whom the original ticket was purchased or their nearest Etihad Airways office.
