If you reported a damaged baggage on arrival you would have been given a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from our Etihad Baggage Services Counter (or our Ground Handling Agent) prior to leaving the airport. You must quote your File Reference Number when submitting a Baggage Claim Form.
If you discover that your baggage and/or its contents are damaged after leaving the airport, please complete and submit a Baggage Claim Form within 7 days of arrival. We will assess the claim and notify you accordingly. Please ensure you understand the following:
• We accept completed baggage claims submitted online or you may fill out the printable version of our Baggage Claim Form.
• If you decide to fill out the printable version of our Baggage Claim Form, please return it with all supporting documents to our Baggage Claims Department:
