South African Air Force Museum
The South African Air Force Museum houses, exhibits and restores material related to the history of the South African Air Force. The Museum is divided into three locations, AFB Swartkop outside Pretoria, AFB Ysterplaat in Cape Town and at the Port Elizabeth airport. Ysterplaat is home to the last flying Avro Shackleton. Swartkop is the largest of the three museum locations, occupying at least five hangers. It contains a number of Atlas Cheetahs as well as a Cheetah C flight simulator.

Iziko South African Museum
The Iziko SA Museum is a South African national museum located in Cape Town. The museum was founded in 1825, the first in the country. It has been on its present site in the Company's Garden since 1897. The museum houses important African zoology, palaeontology and archaeology collections. The museum is organized on four levels and hosts a variety of exhibitions, from rock art to fossils, marine animals and meteorites.
