Tracing delayed or lost baggage

We are committed to doing everything possible to ensure the prompt return of your delayed or missing baggage.

If you reported delayed baggage on arrival you would have been given a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from our Etihad Baggage Services Counter (or our Ground Handling Agent) prior to leaving the airport. You can use the File Reference Number provided to trace your baggage online.
