Airport Supervisory Programme
The Etihad Airport Duty Supervisor Programme offers an exceptional opportunity for candidates to begin their aviation careers with the chance to be stationed overseas as part of the development process. This dynamic, three-to-four-year programme is designed to provide hands-on experience and growth within one of the world’s leading airlines, preparing participants for supervisory roles in airport operations.
With a distinct career pathway—Airport Duty Supervisor candidates will receive specialized training. The programme offers valuable operational experience and a unique opportunity for international deployment (outstation) for 24 months, broadening candidates' global perspectives
What qualifications do I need?
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Are UAE nationals with a valid family book
- Are 21 years of age or older
- Have completed or been exempted from UAE National Service (for males)
- Are fluent in English, with certified proficiency in both written and oral communication (IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 510)
- Have security clearance
- Have medical clearance
- Have experience in a customer service position (preferred)
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office
- Are able to be mobile and flexible with shift-based work
