Airport Ground Operations
The Etihad Ground Operations Programme offers an exceptional opportunity for candidates to begin their aviation careers with Etihad. This dynamic, three-to-four-year programme is designed to provide hands-on experience and growth within one of the world’s leading airlines, preparing participants for supervisory roles in airport operations.
With a distinct career pathway, the Airport Ground Operations—candidates will receive specialized training. The programme offers a comprehensive operational experience through placements in Network Operations Control and Aircraft Dispatch at AUH Airport. The pathway ensure that candidates develop a well-rounded understanding of airport operations, setting them up for success in their aviation careers.
What qualifications do I need?
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are UAE nationals with a valid family book
- Have a Diploma or a 75% high school pass rate
- Are 21 years of age or older
- Have completed a minimum of a diploma (or higher) within the last three years, accredited by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
- Have completed or been exempted from UAE National Service (for males)
- Are fluent in English, with certified proficiency in both written and oral communication (IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 510)
- Have security clearance
- Have medical clearance
- Have experience in a customer service position (preferred)
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office
- Are able to be mobile and flexible with shift-based work
