What qualifications do I need?
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are UAE nationals with a valid family book
- Are 35 years of age or younger
- Have obtained an MBA from a top-tier academic institution
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience with a globally recognized organization
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences (Arabic is an advantage)
- Have the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops independently and effectively
- Have strategic thinking and organizational skills, with great attention to detail
