- Provide your Etihad Guest number when making a booking.
- Present your Etihad Guest card during check-in.
Don't let your miles fly away
If you forgot to claim your Etihad Guest Miles or they aren’t showing up in your Etihad Guest account within six weeks, please contact Etihad Airways Contact Centre or email guest@etihadguest.com and provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your Etihad Guest number
- Your ticket and boarding pass

You’ll earn Etihad Guest Miles when you travel with Air New Zealand.
The number of miles you’ll earn will depend on the class of booking as shown below:

- Flights marketed by Air New Zealand and operated by a third-party carrier other than Air New Zealand or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
- Charter flights operated by Air New Zealand are not eligible for mileage accrual.
- Flights taken on Air New Zealand are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles or Tier Segments and therefore do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Tier.
- The following booking classes are not eligible for mileage accrual: L, G, K, P, F, X, I, R, N and S.
- Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
