  • Your name
  • Your Etihad Guest number
  • Your ticket and boarding pass

  1. Flights marketed by Air Serbia and operated by a third-party carrier other than Air Serbia or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
  2. Charter flights operated by Air Serbia are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  3. Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
  4. The following booking classes are not eligible for mileage accrual: Z, I, X, N, G and S.
  5. Economy White brand is not eligible for Guest Miles accrual, only Tier Miles and Tier Segments
  6. P* is eligible for miles accrual on JFK Prime flights only.
  7. **As of 19th November 2018 Air Serbia Branded fares changed in name. The accrual of miles remains the same.

  9. For Etihad Guest Silver, Gold and Platinum members on Air Serbia flights:
  10. Any additional guests must be booked on the same flight as the lounge eligible member.
  11. The benefits listed above are for Etihad Guest Silver, Gold, and Platinum members traveling in any class on any code share flight between Etihad Airways and Air Serbia.
  12. Members must present their Etihad Guest Card in order to avail the benefits above.
  13. Children between the aged of 2 and 12 are considered as adults for lounge entry purposes.
  14. Infants traveling with the lounge eligible guest shall be provided with lounge access provided the infant travels on the same flight as the lounge eligible member.
  15. Air Serbia’s Premium Lounge at Nikola Tesla Airport will have new operating hours, from 5am to 6pm due to COVID 19.
  16. Etihad Guest Gold & Platinum members are eligible to access Belgrade Premium Lounge.
  17. Service available only for guests travelling on Air Serbia operated flights for departures from airport 'Nikola Tesla' in Belgrade.
  18. Excess baggage allowance for our Etihad Guest Platinum, Gold and Silver members will not apply if the guest has purchased Economy Light or a fare that does not include baggage. Baggage can be purchased against a fee as published on ariserbia.com.
