How you'll earn miles

  1. Provide your Etihad Guest number when making a booking.
  2. Present your Etihad Guest card during check-in.

Don't let your miles fly away

If you forgot to claim your Etihad Guest Miles or they aren’t showing up in your Etihad Guest account within six weeks, please contact Etihad Airways Contact Centre or email  guest@etihadguest.com and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your Etihad Guest number
  • Your ticket and boarding pass

You’ll earn Etihad Guest Miles when you travel with ANA.

The number of miles you’ll earn will depend on the class of booking as shown below:

  • Charter flights operated by ANA are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Flights marketed by All Nippon Airways and operated by a third-party carrier other than All Nippon Airways or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
  • Flights taken on ANA are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore, do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Tier.
  • Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
  • The following booking classes are not eligible for mileage accrual: O, I, R, N and X.
