How you'll earn miles

  1. Provide your Etihad Guest number when making a booking.
  2. Present your Etihad Guest card during check-in.

Don't let your miles fly away

If you forgot to claim your Etihad Guest Miles or they aren’t showing up in your Etihad Guest account within six weeks, please contact Etihad Airways Contact Centre or email  guest@etihadguest.com and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your Etihad Guest number
  • Your ticket and boarding pass

You’ll earn Etihad Guest Miles when you travel with JetBlue.

The number of miles you’ll earn will depend on the class of booking as shown below:

  • Effective 08th May 2024, Flights taken on jetBlue are eligible to earn Etihad Guest Miles.
  • Flights marketed by jetBlue and operated by a third-party carrier other than jetBlue or Etihad Airways are not eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
  • Charter flights operated by jetBlue are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Flights taken on jetBlue are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and Tier Segments.
  • Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
  • The following redemption booking classes are not eligible for mileage accrual: X,T,G and T
  • Etihad Guest Miles will be credited to your account two weeks post your flight activity.
