Rahhala Miles Program enables Rahhala cardholders to earn miles on every transaction. These miles can be redeemed for travel benefits or converted into Etihad Guest Miles for added flexibility and rewards.

You can earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile for every 1 Rahhala Mile transferred. 

  • Log in to Rahhala Miles Program.
  • Select Miles Exchange.  
  • Choose ‘Etihad Guest’. 
  • Select the number of Rahhala Miles you wish to convert into Etihad Guest.
  • Enter your Etihad Guest membership ID.
  • Enter the One Time Password sent to your mobile number.
  • Your redemption is successful.

  • Only Emirates NBD Rahhala Credit Cardholders are eligible to register in the Rahhala Miles Program.
  • Customers must register on the “Rahhala Miles Program” portal to benefit from the Rahhala Miles  earned from eligible transactions made with the card.
  • Miles are credited within 7 working days.
