How you’ll earn miles

Present your Etihad Guest Card upon purchase. When we receive confirmation of your purchase, your miles will be credited to your Etihad Guest account.

Don't let your miles fly away

If you forgot to claim your partner miles or they aren’t showing up in your Etihad Guest account, contact Al Anwaar at retroclaims@alanwaaronline.com or fax +9714 2266219 and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your Etihad Guest number
  • The date of purchase
  • The name and location of the store you visited
  • The invoice number

Please keep your original receipt until your Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.

You’ll earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile for every AED 5 you spend.

  • Please present your Etihad Guest card at the time of purchase.
  • The purchase must be made in the name of the Etihad Guest member.
  • Etihad Guest members can earn Etihad Guest Miles at Al Anwaar stores in the UAE only.
  • In case of sales return, the member will be charged per mile earned. The amount will be adjusted against the sale return.
