Present your Etihad Guest card and receipts for the qualifying purchases at Concierge Services in your chosen Village in Europe on the day of your purchases to receive your Etihad Guest Miles.

Don't let your miles fly away

Etihad Guest Miles can also be claimed online. Simply provide the following information by email within 24 hours of making your purchases:

  • Your full name
  • Your Etihad Guest number
  • Images of your receipts
  • An edited image of the bank card used (displaying only your name and the last four digits of your card number)
  • A screenshot of this page

To claim Etihad Guest Miles for purchases made at:

  • You’ll earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile for every €/£1 you spend.
  • When your purchases exceed the annual amount of €30,000, you’ll earn 2 Etihad Guest miles for every €/£5 spent. For more information, please visit The Bicester Collection website
