If you have flown into Abu Dhabi and believe you have left something on board or in one of our Abu Dhabi lounges, please complete our lost and found form as soon as possible.
Our Lost and Found team will do their best to find your lost property. Any Duty Free items will be handed over to Customs and cannot be retrieved through the Lost and Found process. After 15 days all items that have not been claimed will be handed over to the local authorities at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Whilst we will always try to reunite guests with lost items, Etihad Airways is not liable for the loss of personal items left onboard our aircraft or in our lounges.

If you have flown out of Abu Dhabi and believe you have left something on board, please contact the local airport your flight landed in.
