Which flights will be operated by Air Europa?

Over the coming months, Etihad Airways flights EY103 and EY104 to and from Madrid will be operated in partnership with Air Europa. This collaboration helps improve our service to Madrid, providing you with seamless connections and greater travel options. Flights operated by Air Europa will be clearly marked when you book your trip.

What to expect on your Air Europa flight 

You’ll travel on an Air Europa aircraft, cared for by their crew, supported by an Etihad Airways crew member. Some onboard services may look different, but you can still look forward to a lot of the features you know and love from Etihad Airways, like complimentary food and drink, inflight entertainment, onboard Wi-Fi and the opportunity to earn Etihad Guest Miles. 

Before you fly 

  • Check in online on our website or through the Etihad Airways app 

  • Use our state-of-the-art lounges if you’re eligible 

  • If you’ve booked an eligible fare, our Etihad Chauffeur service will be available to take you to or from Zayed International Airport

Seats
  •  If you’ve already chosen a seat, we’ll automatically re-assign you a similar one 

  • Emergency exit seats and bulkhead seats are available 

  • Extra legroom seats are not available

  • Infant bassinets are available on request at etihad.com/manage (subject to availability)  

  • In Business, recline your seat to a bed 

  • USB charging ports are available. There are 2 USB ports and one plug in Business, as well as 1 USB port in Economy

Food and drink 
  • Complimentary meals and drinks are all included for a comfortable journey

Comfort and convenience
  •  Air Europa crew will look after you on board assisted by one Etihad Airways cabin crew member

  • Each aircraft has available prayer areas 

  • Air Europa aircraft are equipped with accessible toilets  

Entertainment and connectivity
  • Inflight entertainment and onboard Wi-Fi will be available on these flights 

Etihad Guest Miles
  • Earn and redeem Etihad Guest Miles as usual 

Ticket changes
  • Normal fare conditions apply
