Travel Bank credits cannot be extended.
If your ticket has been cancelled and refunded, your Travel Bank credits will be returned to your Travel Bank account and the original expiry date will apply.
For example, if your credit was issued on 15 August 2020 and has a one-year validity period, but your flight is cancelled on 4 February 2021, the amount will be refunded, and the credit will still expire on 14 August 2021.
If the expiry date has passed, the credit will be cancelled.
The total refund amount depends on the fare rules of your ticket. For example, if you paid 500 Travel Bank credits for a ticket and the refund cancellation fees is 50, then 450 Travel Bank credits will be added back to your account.
Travel Bank credits cannot be transferred.
