to Abu Dhabi
We’re operating limited one-way flights to Abu Dhabi to help residents and nationals return to the UAE. You must have ICA approval from the Abu Dhabi Government before you’ll be permitted to fly – you will not be able to check in otherwise.
These flights have been approved by the UAE Government, and we’re working closely with authorities to continue these types of operations.
Remember: you must hold a valid UAE resident visa and ICA approval number – you will not be permitted to enter the UAE otherwise.
All guests will undertake PCR and thermal testing when they arrive into Abu Dhabi, and are required to self-isolate for 14 days.
Before you can fly, you must apply for ICA approval. The service will ask for your flight booking reference, however it is not mandatory and you can leave this field blank.
If your application is successful, you’ll receive a unique ICA approval number, which you will need for when your check-in for your flight. All guests must ensure they have ICA approval from the Abu Dhabi Government before they fly. Guest who do not have ICA approval will not be accepted at check-in.

Check-in at the airport opens three hours before your scheduled flight time. Your boarding pass will be ready to collect when you arrive.
On board, we’ll make sure you are seated with as much space as possible between every guest, and we’ll offer our food and drinks service in line with important COVID-19 guidelines.
Our fantastic crew will be on board, so if you need any assistance, they’re there to help. All of our crew will be following strict COVID-19 flying rules, and we kindly ask that you do everything you can to adhere to these.
