1. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by each Entrant. Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice at its complete and sole discretion.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the outcome. The criteria for judging will be based on, among other things, meeting the competition requirements, time taken to complete competition, creative merit and skill as relevant to competition rules. There will be three winners chosen, one person for first, second and third place respectively.
3. Entry is open to residents of all countries who are 18 years of age or over (“Entrants”). The Promoters are Etihad Airways, Khalifa City A, P.O. Box: 35566, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
4. The competition commences at 26 May 2025 00:01 AM GMT+4 and ends at 25 May 2026 23:59 GMT+4 (“Competition Period”). Winners will be selected no later than 15 June 2026 23:59 GMT+4.
5. Entry to the competition is free and open to all Etihad Guest members (does not apply to corporate accounts or travel agents). Without limiting the foregoing, to be eligible to win a Prize the eligible entrants must complete the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions and requirements published for competition entry. 
   
   To enter the competition, Entrants must complete the following tasks: 
   
   A. Register as an Etihad Guest member (if not already an existing member), activate their membership account and enrol into the competition.
   B. Ensure to add their Etihad Guest membership number to all the flights booked as part of the competition and to be eligible for the competition.
   C. Fly to or from all the specified 15 destinations in the shortest cumulative time namely: Algiers, Atlanta, Chiang Mai, Hanoi, Hong Kong, Krabi, Medan, Peshawar, Phnom Penh, Taipei, Tunis, Addis Ababa, Sochi, Prague, Warsaw (“Required Destinations”) on Etihad operated flights (excluding GuestSeat, discretionary and staff tickets); and
   D. The Entrants who completed above (A), (B), (C) and can show they held the longest enrollment into the competition from the time competition commences (goes live) on 26 May 2025. 
   
   Winner Selection: The winner(s) will be assessed based on the number of tasks completed and the cumulative time taken to complete them, i.e. which Entrant(s) was found to have: 
   
   (i)  completed all of above requirements  (A), (B) AND completed (C) flown to all Required Destinations in the shortest cumulative time AND (D) was enrolled as participant to the competition for the longest period of time (i.e. Entrant who made the earliest enrollment into the competition from when it went live on 26 May 2025).  
   (ii)  in the event where Entrant(s) have proven to complete tasks (A), (B), and (D); but have partially completed (C) by flying to a minimum of 10 countries from list of Required Destinations in the shortest possible time; then at Promoter’s sole discretion such candidates will be shortlisted for the winning prize(s), until and unless, there is another Entrant who showcased they completed all four requirements before the end of the Competition Period. 
   (iii)  In the instance that a route gets cancelled, the route will be exempt from the challenge and the challenge will go ahead with the rest of the remaining routes. Therefore, members would need to complete all other destinations excluding the cancelled routes to win the prize. 
   (iv) Once the campaign ends on 25 May 2026, no further retro claims will be processed towards identifying the winners.
   
   Prize Award : First prize is 5 million Etihad Guest Miles, Second prize is 3 million Etihad Guest Miles and Third prize is 1 million Etihad Guest Miles   
   
   Winner notification : The winner will be contacted by 15 June 2026 by the Promoter via the email address and/or phone number assigned to the entrant’s Etihad Guest account. Promoter will provide instructions on how winners can claim their prize, followed by winner announcement. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the email/message before 30 June 2026, or refuses the prize award, or if a prize and/or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified without further notice, and an alternate winner may be selected at Promoter’s sole discretion.  
   
   
6. The competition is open to and will be assessed on individual participation by Entrants (not group travel or participation) and each Entrant will be considered as a single entry into competition for the duration of the Competition Period.
7. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoters. 
8. Costs associated with accessing the competition website remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service provider used. 
9. The winner will be announced on the competition landing page on Etihad Airways website on 15 June 2026. You are not a winner until your prize claim is validated and you receive official written notification from the Promoter.
10. Entries not fully complying with these Terms and Conditions (including competition entry requirements) may be deemed invalid at the Promoters discretion. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the entry will be discarded, and the relevant prize will be re-awarded in accordance with the relevant clause of these Terms and Conditions as if the discarded entry had not been received.
11. Three winners will be chosen from all entries received and judged based on completion of the Section 5 requirements. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
12. The competition entry and Prize award (under Section 5) is subject to the following terms of use and applicable conditions: 
    
    A.     The three Prizes consists of First place: 5 million Etihad Guest Miles, Second place: 3 million Etihad Guest Miles and Third place: 1 million Etihad Guest miles. 
    B.     Prizes are not transferrable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided in this Terms and Conditions and at Promoter’s sole discretion. 
    C.     Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed and described as part of the Prize award. 
    D.     The Prizes are not exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable and cannot be exchanged for any cash value with the Promoter. The Prize award can be utilised by winner(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Etihad Guest program. 
    E.     Flights booked by Entrants on Etihad Airways destination network are subject to Etihad Airways terms and conditions, ticketing rules, conditions of carriage which are located on the Etihad Airways official website www.etihad.com
    F.     As applicable, Etihad Guest terms & conditions apply and the use of the Etihad Guest Miles is up to the discretion of the winner. Prizes have no cash value. Etihad Guest Terms & Conditions are available at: https://www.etihadguest.com/en/terms-and-conditions
    G.     It is the winner’s (and their companion) responsibility to ensure that they have requisite travel visas, vaccinations, valid documentation (including but not limited to valid passports and visas), insurance and other travel documents as required by the relevant immigration and other government authorities at the destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of entry to a port, or winner’s documents not meeting the requirements of government authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner (and their companion).
    H.     The winner (and their companion) is responsible for all personal and other expenses including but not limited to spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, service charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
    I.     The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination or as part of the prize. Prizes will be awarded to the entrant named in the entry.
    J.     Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded. All characteristics and features of the prize(s) except as otherwise explicitly stated above are at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. 
    K.     If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Promoter reserves the right to substitute such prize (or portion thereof) with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. 
    L.     All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize(s), are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner(s). 
    M.     You are not a winner until your prize claim is validated and you receive official written notification from the Promoter. Arrangements for delivery of prize(s) will be made after winner validation. Prize(s) will be awarded only to an address within the competition territory, provided they are claimed properly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
    N.     At the Promoter’s discretion, prize(s) that are not claimed properly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions may not be awarded.
    O.     The Promoters are not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
    
    
13. The winner must notify the Promoter within 14 days of being awarded as a winner, proof of identification will need to be provided to confirm claiming the entry including a copy of a valid passport, and confirmation of details provided to enter competition.
14. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoters. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoters.
15. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed. The winners will not be entitled to any fee for participating in these activities.
16. As a condition of entering this competition, the entrant consents to the Promoters that:
    
    A. The entrant has obtained permission from any third party appearing or participating in the entry.
    B.  Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each entrant’s permission for the Promoter (and its agencies) to use entrants' names, photographs, videos, voices, and/or any other likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation or notice.
    
    
17. As a condition of entering this competition, Entrants hereby assign to the Promoters, all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the Entrant’s participation in any aspect of the competition (“Works”). Entrants acknowledge that the Promoters are free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the Entrant will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 
18. In consideration for the Promoters awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits the winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in any media whatsoever throughout the world for an unlimited period and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
19. The Promoters reserve the right to request Winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity (including but not limited to originality of image) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoters. In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
20. Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice at its complete and sole discretion.
21.  Etihad Airways employees and their family members are not eligible to participate.
22. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoters, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of the Promoters, engaged in conduct in entering the competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the competition and/or the Promoters. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoters become aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause. Any entrant disqualified under this clause is prohibited from any further participation in this competition. 
23. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoters ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in their absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under relevant government regulation.
24. The Promoters, its affiliates, its associated agencies and companies (and their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law; for any direct or indirect or consequential injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way in connection with this competition or any prize/s. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this promotion and any incorrect or inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this competition as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) lost or damaged entries, prize claims or prizes; (iv) acceptance and/or use of any prize (including but not limited to any component of a winner’s trip).   
25. The Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this promotion. Any entrant disqualified under this clause is prohibited from any further participation in this competition. The Promoters legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
26. The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, internet failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
27. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any causes beyond the control of the Promoters, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
28. The Promoters are not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings.  Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize. 
29. All entries will be the property of the Promoters. The personal data information Entrants provide will be processed in accordance with Etihad’s Privacy Policy available at http://www.etihad.com/en/legal/privacy-policy/. Entry is conditional on providing this information By entering and participating in this Promotion you consent to:
    
    a)  receive email announcements from Promoter, in accordance with its Etihad Airways Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from these email announcements without affecting your chances of winning this Promotion.
    b) each entrant agrees that the Promotor, its agents and/or representatives, may store, share, and use the personal information he/she submitted with his/her entry for the purpose of administering the Promotion and agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions, in the above Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law.
    c) Promoters may disclose entrants’ personal information to its affiliates, their contractors, partners and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with Entrants. The Promoters may also disclose Entrants’ personal information to its related companies and third parties who provide products and services, some of whom may be located overseas.
    d)  Promoters using their personal information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products and services, including contacting the entrant via SMS and email messages (and entrants consent to receiving such messages from the Promoter). Information on how to opt-out from these messages is set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policies. The Promoter’s Privacy Policies also explain how an entrant can seek to access or correct any personal information the Promoter holds about the entrant, how to complain about a privacy breach by the Promoter and how the Promoter will deal with a privacy complaint.  Entrants can contact the Promoters in relation to its handling of personal information at dataprivacy@etihad.ae.
    
    
30. All trademarks used in the competition are the property of their respective owners and all Etihad trademark and intellectual property rights are the property of Etihad Airways. Manufacturers of the prizes offered in this Competition do not sponsor or endorse this Promotion.
31. If in any jurisdiction, this prize draw is unlawful, then to the extent that the laws of that jurisdiction are applicable, this prize draw is void in that jurisdiction.
32. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ENTRANT AND PROMOTER ARE GOVERNED BY UAE LAWS AS APPLIED IN THE EMIRATE OF ABU DHABI AND LAWS OF ABU DHABI. BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT IS AGREEING TO SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF ABU DHABI COURTS IN THE U.A.E..
