How does it work?

Land & Leave is available if you’re travelling to Zayed International Airport, Abu Dhabi, as your final destination.

Book up to one hour before you land

Download the Morafiq app, register, then book. Alternatively, call, email, or WhatsApp Morafiq support. If you’ve booked The Residence or a First Deluxe ticket, contact Etihad Concierge to book.

Share your baggage details via the app

On the day you travel, enter your bag tag numbers into the Morafiq app by selecting ‘Upload baggage receipts’. This is essential.

Bags are delivered within three hours

When you land, head to your home or hotel within a 50km radius of the airport. Your bags will be delivered within three hours.

How much does it cost?

Land & Leave is complimentary with The Residence and First deluxe tickets, or AED 125 (excluding VAT) for all other fares, which includes collection and delivery of two bags. Additional bags are charged at AED 20 each.
