- The voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue and will be void once it expires.
- Only the voucher owner himself can book the voucher online at Etihad.com.
- Voucher is valid for use by ADIB Etihad Guest cardholder plus one guest and must be booked together on the same reservation.
- The voucher may be redeemed on Etihad Airways operated flights only and is not valid on flights operated by another carrier.
- The voucher is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking.
- Blackout dates apply during July, August and December.
- The voucher is not valid for child/infant fare.
- The voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- The cost of the GuestSeat must be paid 100% using Etihad Guest Miles.
- Miles plus Cash option is valid for OpenSeats only.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the e-voucher cannot be reinstated or revalidated.
- In case of date change, a date change fee may apply (if applicable, miles may also be collected).
- Standard fare rules of the booked itinerary will be applicable to both guests for the entire journey. For instance, if one guest wishes to refund their ticket, both tickets must be presented for cancellation and refund
- A ticket booked using a voucher is valid for 12 months from date of booking.
- Prevailing Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions as available at [T&C] shall apply at all times.
- Valid on one-way and return bookings only. Multi-city bookings are not permitted.
