The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is set to be an adrenaline fuelled weekend of unforgettable racing. The nail-biting season finale will take place on Sunday 20th November 2022. Afterwards, why not catch a short flight over to Qatar for the biggest football event of the year? The first match kicks off the very next day on Monday 21st November and the finals take place on Sunday 18th December.

Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2022

Don’t miss the chance to see some of the best Formula 1 stars in the world, all competing to be crowned Grand Prix champion. From front row seats on the grandstand, to the fun-filled After-Race Concerts, be sure to get in on the action. You can catch the Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix from the 17th - 20th November 2022.

Getting around

The Grand Prix will be held at Yas Marina Circuit, one of the most technologically advanced tracks in the world. Yas Island is home to the race track itself and will be an ideal base for exploring the island’s surrounding sporting adventures.

­­­For easy access to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, a hotel on Yas Island is just the ticket. There are plenty of options to choose from. W hotel is around the corner from the Formula 1 action, offering a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Watching football in Qatar is just one hour away

Fly to Qatar from Abu Dhabi in just one hour to continue the sporting fun with some world-class football. Enjoy all the nearby sporting thrills without losing any of your holiday time travelling. Watch as 32 nations from across the world battle it out in this much anticipated 2022 football tournament. The matches are staggered over the course of four weeks, with the first match kicking off on Monday 21st November.

The quarter-finals will be held on the 9th December, the semi-finals on the 13th December and the thrilling final will be on the 18th December. Don’t forget to apply for your Hayya card when you fly to Qatar from Abu Dhabi as you will need this fan ID card alongside your match ticket to be able to enter the State of Qatar and access the stadiums.
