Authorise the payment
Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to the Etihad Airways booking confirmation page

  • Select Sofort Überweisung/Banking as payment method
  • Select the country and choose your bank
  • Log in with your online banking details
  • Enter your TAN – this can only be entered once
  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to the Etihad Airways booking confirmation page

Accepted for flights departing from India.

 

When you make a booking, you will be directed to the payment page on your bank's website to complete your payment. Once you have completed your bank’s verification process and submitted your payment, you will be redirected to our website.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

  • All major international cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, UATP, JCB) 

  • Local cards (UnionPay in China, Carte Bancaire in France, Korean local cards in South Korea, MADA in Saudi Arabia, and Jaywan card in the UAE)

  • Digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay eWallet) 

  • Bank transfers/eBanking (Trustly, iDEAL, Sofort, NetBanking, UPI, KNET, Offline Bank Transfer)

  • Instalments and payment plans (FlexPay in USA/Canada, Tamara in Saudi Arabia, Visa/Mastercard instalments in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Russia) 

  • Etihad Credit and Etihad Guest Miles

  

Unless you are paying with Etihad Guest Miles or Etihad Money, you can only use one payment method per transaction.

  • PayPal: Available in up to 60 countries, with a “Pay Later” option in selected markets (e.g., UK, US, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain).

  • Alipay: Accepted for flights departing from Australia, China and Hong Kong.

  • Apple Pay: Available in selected countries when booking through supported Apple devices. 

  • China UnionPay: Accepted for flights departing from China and Hong Kong (requires registration for online banking).

  • WeChat Pay: Accepted for flights departing from China.

Instalment options and payment plans are available in certain markets, subject to credit checks and terms and conditions.
