Beyond world-class

1. This offer (“Offer”) is available exclusively to Etihad Guest members residing in Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Vietnam (“Eligible Countries”).

2. The Offer is valid for bookings originating from Medan (KNO – Indonesia), Chiang Mai (CNX – Thailand), Phnom Penh (KTI – Cambodia), and Hanoi (HAN – Vietnam) only.

3. New Members: Individuals who newly enroll in the Etihad Guest programme via the dedicated enrolment link on this page, selecting an Eligible Country as their country of residence, will automatically be upgraded to Etihad Guest Gold Tier for a period of six (6) months from the date of enrolment.

4. Existing Members: Existing Etihad Guest members must log in via the campaign landing page and opt in to participate in this Offer. Eligible members (Silver Tier and below only) will be upgraded to Etihad Guest Gold Tier within seventy-two (72) hours of successful registration. The Gold Tier status will remain valid for six (6) months from the date of upgrade.

5. Members upgraded under this Offer may retain or extend their Gold Tier status by booking and flying on any Etihad Airways-marketed and operated flight within the six-month validity period.

6. Members who, after the initial six-month Gold Tier period, have booked and flown in Economy Class on an Etihad Airways-operated flight will be awarded Etihad Guest Silver Tier status for a further twelve (12) months.

7.  Members who, after the initial six-month Gold Tier period, have booked and flown in Business Class or First Class on an Etihad Airways-operated flight will have their Gold Tier status extended for an additional twelve (12) months.

8. The Offer is valid only on Etihad Airways-operated flights and for bookings made directly via etihad.com or the Etihad Airways mobile application.

9.  Registration for the Offer is open from 07 November 2025 (00:01 GMT+4) until 19 December 2025 (23:59 GMT+4).

10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer from Etihad Airways, Etihad Guest, or partner airlines.

11.  No bonus Etihad Guest Miles or Tier Miles will be awarded as part of this Offer.

12. The Offer is not applicable to GuestSeat bookings or reward flights.

13. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their Etihad Guest membership number is correctly added to all bookings in order to be eligible for any Tier qualification or extension.

15. Fare rules of each booking apply as published and should be reviewed prior to ticket purchase.

16. Etihad Airways reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer, or revise these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
