  • Flights marketed and operated either by SriLankan Airways or Etihad Airways, are eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual. 
  • Charter Flights are not eligible for mileage accrual. 
  • Flights taken on SriLankan Airlines are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore, do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Tier.
  • Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
     

Redeeming miles for tickets
 

  • Reward tickets are not valid on codeshare flights.
  • Seats are subject to availability.
  • One way tickets are permitted.
  • Children from 02-12 years of age will be charged the adult mileage value and must be booked in the same booking as the accompanying adult.
  • Infant tickets will be charged at 10% of the adult mileage value and must be booked in the same booking as the accompanying adult.
  • Applicable taxes and surcharges will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.
  • Reward tickets are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of issue.
  • Using miles for upgrades on partner flights are not permitted.
  • Stopovers & Open Jaws are not permitted.
  • Name changes & Re-Routing are not permitted.
  • Cancellation / Refund and changes are as per Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions.
