Partnerships that go beyond borders

Etihad’s Procurement & Supply Chain division manages high-value, multi-category sourcing across our global operations. We work with suppliers who can support a world-class airline with quality, reliability and forward-thinking solutions.

Becoming an Etihad supplier is a simple two-stage process:

  1. Initial enrolment
Submit your details to gain access to Etihad tenders.
  2. Full approval
Following evaluation and onboarding, approved suppliers become eligible for long-term engagement across our procurement categories.

If you have any questions about the registration process, email FinanceMasterData@etihad.ae or reach out to your Etihad procurement partner.

Empowering the UAE’s Local Economy

Etihad’s Procurement & Supply Chain division drives national value through Al Watani Local Content Programme, aligned with the UAE’s In-Country Value (ICV) Programme.

With nearly 90% of addressable spend localised in 2024, we continue to champion UAE-based suppliers and SMEs, fostering sustainable growth and economic diversification.

As a National ICV Champion for 2025, and recipient of the Abu Dhabi DED SME Champion Award and MENA CIPS Award for Best Local Content Initiative, Etihad proudly contributes to a resilient and globally competitive UAE economy.

Al Watani | Building a stronger local sourcing community

Al Watani Local Content Programme is Etihad’s strategic framework for maximising economic value within the UAE. It operates under the UAE National In-Country Value (ICV) Programme, which measures and rewards supplier contributions to the local economy

Through Al Watani, we:

  • Prioritise suppliers that invest in local operations, Emirati talent, and sustainable practices.
  • Evaluate bids using ICV-certified scores to ensure fair, transparent selection.
  • Support UAE-based SMEs in building capability to meet aviation-grade standards.
  • Integrate national content metrics into our sourcing and contract management systems.
