Earning miles for tickets
- Flights marketed by JetBlue and operated by a third-party carrier other JetBlue or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
- Charter flights operated by JetBlue are not eligible for mileage accrual.
- Flights taken on JetBlue are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore, do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Tier.
- Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
- Etihad Guest Miles will be credited to your account within two weeks post your flight activity.
Spending miles for tickets
- Reward seats are subject to availability.
- Rewards are only valid on JetBlue operated flights when booked on the flight code B6.
- Reward tickets are not valid on codeshare flights.
- A reward ticket for a child and/ or infant will be charged the adult mileage value and must be booked in the same booking as the accompanying adult.
- Reward tickets are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of issue.
- Using miles for upgrades on JetBlue are not permitted.
- Reward values are exclusive of taxes, fuel surcharge and other charges. These need to be paid separately.
- Date change and cancellation rules are as per the Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions.
- Stopovers are permitted, based on JetBlue terms and conditions.
- Name changes are not permitted.
