This offer (“Offer”) is valid for new and existing Etihad Guest members who participate in the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. New Etihad Guest members who enrol in the Etihad Guest programme via the Offer landing page during the booking period will be automatically enrolled in the Offer. Existing Etihad Guest members must opt in to the Offer via the Offer landing page prior to making an eligible booking and travelling in order to qualify. Retroactive enrolment or opt-in will not be permitted. The booking period for the Offer is from 29 September 2026 to 30 November 2026, 23:59 (GMT+4), inclusive. The travel period for the Offer is from 29 September 2026 to 31 December 2026, 23:59 (GMT+4), inclusive. The Offer is valid only on eligible flights booked during the booking period and flown during the travel period. This Offer is valid exclusively on eligible itineraries originating from Phnom Penh (KTI) to destinations across the Etihad Airways network. Eligible members must complete four eligible flight segments during the travel period to qualify for the Offer. A flight segment is defined as a single flight sector operated by Etihad Airways and marketed with an EY flight number. For example, an itinerary from Phnom Penh (KTI) to Paris (CDG) via Abu Dhabi (AUH) comprises two eligible flight segments in each direction, resulting in four eligible flight segments for a return journey. Eligible flights must be operated by Etihad Airways and marketed with an EY flight number. Codeshare, interline, or non-EY marketed flights are not eligible. All Etihad Airways branded fares are eligible under the Offer, excluding Sale fares, Promo seat bookings, and group bookings. Members who complete four eligible flight segments in Economy will be upgraded to Etihad Guest Silver Tier. Members who complete four eligible flight segments across a combination of Economy, Business, and/or First will also be upgraded to Etihad Guest Silver Tier. Members who complete four eligible flight segments in Business or First will be upgraded to Etihad Guest Gold Tier. To qualify for Etihad Guest Gold Tier, all four eligible flight segments must be booked and travelled in Business or First. Flight upgrades, whether purchased, complimentary, redeemed using Etihad Guest Miles, or otherwise granted, will not count towards qualification for Etihad Guest Gold Tier under the Offer. Eligibility will be determined based on the original cabin booked and ticketed. If the qualifying requirements are not completed in full by 31 December 2026, 23:59 (GMT+4), no tier upgrade will be awarded under the Offer. The applicable tier upgrade will be automatically applied following verification that all qualifying requirements have been met. Members who do not meet the eligibility requirements of the Offer, including the enrolment or opt-in requirement, during the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Offer. Retroactive claims for qualifying flight activity or tier upgrades will not be permitted. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their valid Etihad Guest membership number is correctly added to the booking prior to travel. All bookings made under the Offer are subject to Etihad Airways and the Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions. Members are advised to review the individual fare rules applicable to their booking for full details of conditions, restrictions, changes, and cancellations. Etihad Airways and Etihad Guest reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
