20,000 Bonus Etihad Guest Miles

Tier level is calculated within any rolling 12-month period. If an Etihad Guest member earns the required number of Tier Miles, they will maintain or upgrade their respective tier. If they fail to do so, they will be downgraded to the tier below.
Tier Status is valid for one year from the month the member enters the tier, except Bronze.
The validity of Etihad Guest Miles will be extended by 18 months based on qualifying member flight activity.
As part of a family membership, miles can only be redeemed by the member nominated as the Family Head.
The cost to pay for an Instant Upgrades in miles will be quoted at check-in 3 hours prior to flight departure. This will be a direct conversion of the cash upgrade cost into miles. Instant Upgrades are therefore based on a different mileage calculator.
If you are travelling on a flight that is operated by another airline, you must include your Etihad Guest number when you book to receive the additional benefits of your Tier Status.
If you're a member of any other programme (for instance ADGOV or UAEGOV), you can take either the baggage allowance that you're entitled to as part of that programme, or the baggage allowance that you're entitled to as an Etihad Guest member. You will not be entitled to both.
Member might be requested to show their Etihad Guest card or digital card on the Etihad Guest app to Etihad staff to avail benefits.
