Earning miles

  • Flights marketed by STARLUX Airlines and operated by a third-party carrier other than Etihad Airways are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Miles.

  • Charter flights operated by STARLUX Airlines are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Miles.

  • STARLUX Airlines flights are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Tier.

  • Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.

  • Etihad Guest Miles will be credited to your account within two weeks after the flight.


Spending miles

  •  Seats are subject to availability.

  • Rewards are only valid on STARLUX Airlines operated flights.

  • Reward tickets can’t be used on codeshare flights.

  • Children and infants are charged the same mileage rate as adults, and bookings must be made at the same time as the accompanying adult.

  • Tickets valid for one year from the original date of issue.

  • It is not possible to use miles to upgrade flights operated by STARLUX Airlines.

  • Reward ticket prices don’t include taxes, fuel surcharges or other charges. These must be paid separately.

  • Date changes and cancellations are subject to the Etihad Guest terms and conditions.

  • Stopovers are permitted, subject to STARLUX Airlines’ terms and conditions.

  • Ticket name changes are not permitted.
