Ethics and compliance

Etihad’s 24 hour global reporting service

The Etihad Airways Code of Business Conduct ensures we act ethically and with integrity at all times. To support our compliance with this code of conduct, Etihad's Ethics Line enables employees, guests and other stakeholders to raise concerns and report potential breaches.

Who can use it?

Ethics Line is open to all employees, customers and other stakeholders to report their concerns. However, it cannot be used to report general customer or other complaints. These should be channelled through our dedicated feedback channel.

How can I report a concern?

It's quick and easy to let us know if you have a concern, and you can stay anonymous if you'd prefer. Simply visit Ethics Line to submit an online report or raise your concern via phone – all in the language of your choice.

What happens next?

We'll give you a unique Report Key which you can use to follow-up on the status of your report.

Your report will be shared with a Compliance Officer who will decide on the appropriate action to take. If the report relates to a query, advice will be given in response after liaising with a subject matter expert. If the report relates to an allegation of wrongdoing, an investigation team will be assigned and the matter will be investigated internally according to our own guidelines, consulting with external experts where required.
