Etihad Chauffeur is a premium, complimentary chauffeur service available when you travel with Etihad Airways on an eligible ticket to and from select airports worldwide. If you’re eligible, book at least 12 hours in advance and your car will be waiting for you whenever you’re ready.

Etihad Chauffeur availability

UAE

Etihad UAE Chauffeur is available between Zayed International Airport and any location in the UAE. Included with The Residence, First, Business Comfort and Business Deluxe tickets.

Global

Etihad Global Chauffeur is available within 80km of airports in Geneva, London, New York, Paris, Phuket, Singapore and Toronto. Included with The Residence and First Deluxe tickets.

Etihad Guest members

You may also be eligible for Etihad UAE Chauffeur and Etihad Global Chauffeur services when you fly, depending on your Etihad Guest tier and Custom Benefits. Check now.

How it works

Book

Book at least 12 hours before your flight. Make sure to provide your phone number, address, city code and preferred pick-up time.

Before you fly

You’ll receive an email and a call or SMS confirming your pick-up time and location. Your driver will wait for up to 25 minutes.

When you land

Collect your bags and head to your pick-up location. In Abu Dhabi, this will be the Etihad Chauffeur reception next baggage belt 10.

Change of plans?

To reschedule or cancel your chauffeur booking, visit etihad.com/manage or contact us at least 12 hours before your flight. If you don’t cancel, you cannot rebook a chauffeur for the same ticket. If you booked with a travel agent, please contact them directly.

Frequently asked questions

Etihad Chauffeur is available for Etihad-operated flights only.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, head to etihad.com/manage to rearrange your Etihad Chauffeur booking.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, your booking will be automatically updated. We’ll send you confirmation of your new pick-up time.

Etihad UAE Chauffeur

All Etihad Guest members are eligible for Etihad UAE Chauffeur when booking a Business Deluxe, First Comfort and First Deluxe GuestSeat.
Etihad Emerald and Platinum members are eligible when booking a Business Comfort GuestSeat. Gold Etihad Guest members who have selected this benefit are also eligible when booking a Business Comfort GuestSeat.
Etihad Emerald, Platinum and Gold guests may be eligible for Etihad UAE Chauffeur when booking other fares, including Economy, where this Custom Benefit has been selected.

Etihad Global Chauffeur

First Deluxe GuestSeats are eligible for Etihad Global Chauffeur.
