- Flights marketed EL AL and operated by a third-party carrier other than EL AL or Etihad Airways are not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
- Charter flights operated by EL AL are not eligible for mileage accrual.
- Flights taken on EL AL are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and Tier Segments.
- Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
- Reward tickets are not valid on codeshare flights
- Seats are subject to availability
- A reward ticket for a child and/or infant will be charged the adult mileage value and must be booked in the same booking as the accompanying adult
- Applicable taxes and surcharges will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance
- One-way tickets are permitted
- Using miles for upgrades on EL AL is not permitted
- Reward tickets are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of issue
- Stopover is permitted EL AL will not provide hotel accommodation.
- Name changes are not permitted
- Cancellation/Refund and Changes are as per Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions.
- Prices shown are for one-way flights only – double miles will be charged for return flights.
- For journeys with a connecting flight, the number of miles will be calculated based on each individual flight.
