Flights within Europe & Globally

You can book Air Europa reward flights using your Etihad Guest Miles directly on the Etihad website or app. The number of miles you spend depends on the distance and the class of travel.

Earning miles for tickets
 

  • Flights marketed by Air Europa and operated by a third-party carrier other than Air Europa or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
  • Charter flights operated by Air Europa are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Flights taken on Air Europa are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore, do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Tier.
  • Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
  • Etihad Guest Miles will be credited to your account within two weeks post your flight activity.
     

Spending miles for tickets
 

  • Reward seats are subject to availability.
  • Rewards are only valid on Air Europa operated flights when booked on the flight code UX.
  • Reward tickets are not valid on codeshare flights.
  • A reward ticket for a child and/ or infant will be charged the adult mileage value and must be booked in the same booking as the accompanying adult.
  • Reward tickets are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of issue.
  • Using miles for upgrades on Air Europa are not permitted.
  • Reward values are exclusive of taxes, fuel surcharge and other charges. These need to be paid separately.
  • Date change and cancellation rules are as per the Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions.
  • Stopovers are permitted, based on Air Europa terms and conditions.
  • Name changes are not permitted.
