  • Flights marketed by Hong Kong Airlines and operated by a third-party carrier other than Hong Kong Airlines, or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
  • Charter flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Flights taken on Hong Kong Airlines are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore, do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Tier.
  • Missing Etihad Guest Miles can be claimed up to six months from the date of travel.
  • The following booking classes are not eligible for mileage accrual: P, S, G, O, J
  • Reward tickets are not valid on codeshare flights
  • Reward tickets are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of issue
  • Seats are subject to availability
  • A reward ticket for a child and/or infant will be charged the adult mileage value and must be booked in the same booking as the accompanying adult
  • One-way tickets are permitted
  • Applicable taxes and surcharges will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance
  • Using miles for upgrades on partner flights are not permitted
  • Cancellation/Refund and Changes are as per Etihad Guest Terms and Conditions
  • Stopovers are permitted; Hong Kong Airlines will not provide hotel accommodation. Open Jaws are not permitted
  • Name changes are not permitted.
  • Reward tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable
