How to contact Conxxe for your existing transfer reservation

For any questions related to your existing airport transfer reservation, please contact Conxxe.


1.  What can I expect after making an Airport Transfer reservation?
Once you've completed your airport transfer reservation, you will receive a confirmation directly from Conxxe. Conxxe will make the appropriate transfer arrangements according to the information you provided while making your booking. 

2. How do I find my transfer?
The driver will be waiting for you in Arrivals Meeting point at the airport, holding a paging board with the name provided. The exact meeting point will be specified within your confirmation voucher from Conxxe. You should also expect to receive a call, text message and/or email to reconfirm your pick-up details.

3. How do you use my scheduled airline arrival time to calculate my pick-up time?
When you confirm your airport transfer, Conxxe will track your flight in “real time”. So that whether your plane is on time, early or late, they are aware of your flight status and will meet you based on your actual arrival time.

4. I’m travelling with infants and/or children. Can I still use the Airport Transfer service?
Yes. All infants (0-2yrs) and children (3-11yrs) must be included in the reservation to ensure the appropriate vehicle and space is provided.
Both local and national laws regarding the use of child seats for infants and children vary from country to country. However, Conxxe is able to guarantee pre-booked child seats in the majority of destinations, and this option is available as part of the airport transfer reservation process.

5. What happens if I need to change or cancel my airport transfer?
Cancellations can be made until the day of your transfer. Changes need to be made a minimum of three days prior to travel. Please contact Conxxe using the contact details above.

6. Who do I contact if I need to make a special request?
All questions on your airport transfer must be communicated directly with Conxxe 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the contact details above.

7. What happens if my flight schedule changes or the flight is cancelled?
All airport transfers are fully managed by Conxxe. If you have any questions about your airport transfer reservation, please contact them directly using the contact details above.

8. I am an Etihad Guest member. Will I earn Etihad Guest Miles on my airport transfers with Conxxe?
Yes, you will earn three Etihad Guest Miles per $1 USD on all airport transfer bookings through You will also be able to redeem your miles towards your airport transfer journeys later this year using our Etihad Guest Reward shop.
