Lounges in Abu Dhabi
Located between Piers C and D and set across three floors, our lounges in Zayed International Airport offer next-level comfort. Have a drink at the Constellation Bar, dine on global cuisine, or simply enjoy a moment of calm.
First Lounge
With private elevator access, the First Lounge offers luxurious relaxation. Dine à la carte and enjoy the finest international cuisine. Join us in The Parlour for afternoon tea and an irresistible selection of sweet and savoury pastries. For total privacy, reserve a deluxe suite complete with an ensuite shower room.
Business Lounge
Freshen up in a shower suite, sip mocktails in the Constellation Bar, or head to Liwan for top-tier local and global cuisine. With so much to enjoy at the Etihad Business Lounge, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Etihad U.S. Preclearance Lounge
Located steps from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Preclearance facility, the U.S. Preclearance Lounge is a sophisticated sanctuary to unwind in before your flight to the U.S. It offers a cosy space with drinks, light bites, and direct boarding on select flights.
If you’re eligible to use our lounges, we recommend starting your journey in our First or Business Lounge located in the main terminal. Then head to the preclearance facility 90 minutes before your flight.
If you’re not entitled to complimentary access, you can pay to use our lounges in Abu Dhabi for up to four hours before your Etihad Airways flight.
The following conditions apply:
You must be booked on a confirmed Etihad Airways flight
You must be travelling from or transiting in Abu Dhabi (excluding flights to the U.S.)
Transit flights must have a minimum connection time of two hours in Abu Dhabi
To use the First lounge, you must be booked on a confirmed Business ticket
Access is valid for the lounge, flight(s), and date(s) shown on your booking

John F. Kennedy International Airport
Welcome to Chase Sapphire Lounge by the Club with Etihad Airways. We've teamed up with Chase to offer eligible Etihad guests access to this new lounge in Terminal 4 of John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Eligible guests can visit the lounge up to three and a half hours before their flight to enjoy locally inspired food and drinks.
Washington Dulles International Airport
Relax in a space designed for comfort and convenience, complete with premium food and drinks, showers and dedicated children’s area. Located in Concourse A, adjacent to Gate A14, The Etihad Lounge is managed and operated by Airport Dimensions and JPMorgan Chase on behalf of Etihad Airways. Open daily from 6am until 10pm.

Unlock lounge access with Etihad Guest
Choose lounge access as a Custom Benefit upon reaching Silver Tier status and relax in ultimate style before your flight. If you’re flying from an airport where our lounge is closed, we’ll automatically credit your account with 3,000 bonus Etihad Guest Miles.
Lounge access is subject to availability at the time of request.
Availability may be restricted due to operational and safety reasons.
Subject to the Etihad Airways General Conditions of Carriage for passengers and baggage.
2. Charges
Fees are subject to changes and may vary across sales channels.
Fees include any applicable taxes.
Lounge access is non-refundable and non-transferable, excluding cases as outlined in section five: Refunds.
Children under two years old can access the lounge for free. Children aged two to 12 years old will be charged at 50% of the adult rate. Children aged 12+ will be charged at the standard adult rate.
3. Conditions
Lounge access can only be purchased when travelling on a flight operated by Etihad Airways.
You must have confirmed Business ticket to purchase access to our First Lounge.
Your purchase is valid for the lounge, flight(s), and date(s) shown on the purchase receipt.
Lounge access in Abu Dhabi is valid from and for up to four hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your Etihad-operated flight.
4. Changes
Your purchase is also valid if you voluntarily change the date of your flight(s) or choose different flight(s) on the same sector.
5. Refunds
Lounge access is non-refundable and non-transferable, excluding the limited cases below.
You shall only be entitled to a refund of your purchase in the following limited cases:
The original Etihad Airways flight was changed, cancelled, or rerouted by Etihad Airways and the product you originally purchased is not available or you refused the new flight proposed by Etihad Airways.
In the event of death (must be proven by an acceptable certificate) as defined within Etihad Airways General Conditions of Carriage.
If you have been denied access due to operational or safety reasons.
You are not entitled to any refund of your purchase in any other event, including:
You voluntarily decide not to use the product you have purchased; or have used the lounge for a duration less than four/eight hours.
You voluntarily change your flight and the product you purchased is not available.
You have been upgraded by Etihad Airways to a higher cabin.
You voluntarily cancel your flight.
You voluntarily upgrade your flight to a higher cabin.
You are denied carriage in accordance with the Etihad Airways’ General Conditions of Carriage for passengers and baggage.
In the event that you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the full amount, including any refundable tax (unless otherwise stated).

Our lounges in Zayed International Airport - Terminal A are open 24/7 for all eligible guests.
The Etihad Lounge at London Heathrow Airport is open daily from 6am – 10pm.
Chase Sapphire Lounge by the Club with Etihad Airways in JFK Airport, New York, is open every day from 5.30am – 11pm. (Operating hours: 3 hours and 30 minutes before departure time.)
