Priority Access is complimentary for guests flying in Business or First or The Residence. If you’re travelling in Economy, you can add Priority Access for a smoother airport experience. Book online or log in to your Etihad Guest account to book using Etihad Guest Miles.

Priority Access is available for all guests travelling on a confirmed ticket with Etihad Airways. It’s complimentary when you book an Economy Deluxe fare (from 4 March 2025) or any First or Business fare, otherwise it costs $50 each way. 

 

Priority Access is not available if you’re flying with any of our partner airlines.

Yes, as long as they’re travelling on a flight operated by Etihad Airways.

If you’re travelling from Abu Dhabi, use our Priority check-in counter when you arrive. Then use the priority boarding  lane when it’s time to board.
 

From all other airports, please use the Business Class check-in counters. Then use the priority boarding  lane when it’s time to board.
