View the latest updates on your refund request
If you haven’t received your refund after 45 days, we recommend first checking with your bank or credit card provider.
You can also visit the Refund status page to view your refund details and reference (ARN) number. Sharing this ARN number with your bank can help them locate the transaction more quickly.
If the issue is still unresolved, please contact us via our virtual WhatsApp assistant or our Live Chat bot for further support.
We’ll simply credit the refunded amount back to your Etihad Credit account.

- View current balance
- Track voucher expiry
- Add or redeem vouchers
Refunds are usually issued using the same form of payment used for purchase. Depending on your booking, you may receive your refund in one of the following ways:
- Etihad voucher (instant option)
You can choose to receive your refund as an Etihad voucher, which is processed instantly. The refunded amount will be credited to your Etihad Credit account and can be used to book flights with us at a later date. - Credit or debit card
Refunded to the same card used for payment. - Bank transfer
Processed to your nominated bank account.
