Transit visas

If your journey includes a connection through another country, you may still require a transit visa even if you do not leave the airport.

Transiting in Abu Dhabi

If you’re transiting through Abu Dhabi, you may be able to apply for a UAE transit visa, allowing you to leave the airport and explore the city during your connection.

Etihad offers UAE transit visa services, subject to immigration requirements, documentation criteria and approval by the UAE authorities.

There is no fee to check travel requirements with Sherpa. For visa applications processed through Sherpa, Sherpa may charge a service fee in addition to any government visa fees. All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your application.
